I am passionate about social innovation within environmental sustainability. I develop responsible investment solutions to serve these goals and explore how investment and adaptive leadership can assist personal growth, building cohesive and inclusive communities in a healthy thriving planet. I currently focus on how venture impact investment into the Blue Economy can preserve Ocean health, and designing values frameworks to support ESG and Impact Investing models. My activity also spans policy development and implementation, and adaptive leadership coaching. I built a diversified career of over 25 years in the private sector, development finance institutions, and academic research, with a geographic exposure spanning Europe, as well as North-America and Africa. During a decade, I coordinated cross-disciplinary teams in designing long-term country transformational strategies and programs for green and inclusive economic growth, provided policy advice to governments on pro-poor policies, private sector development, and ecosystem services and natural capital. I headed in-country business development for public and private high-impact investment operations and led aid coordination activities. I grew a network of institutional clients and high-level government officials and participated in multi-billion-dollar investment deal structuring. Besides, I took great joy from launching a women-empowering social start-up concept. Whenever I can I support young entrepreneurs with an impact-driven mission providing mentoring and seed capital, with a personal portfolio of investments. Areas of my expertise are Responsible Investment, Venture Capital, Just Transition, Adaptive Leadership, Development programs, Blended finance, Impact Investing, Country financing frameworks, and Behavioral Insights.

Bright Archers provides impact investment advisory services to firms, mobilizes and blends financing to support and scale up transformative ideas into valuable impactful projects, acting where needed in a business angel role providing early-stage funding. Key areas under my supervision are Responsible Investment strategies, ESG investment policies and reporting, and Development program designs.
As part of the Initiative for Responsible Investment I am collaborating directly with institutional investors to understand their role in, and possible approaches to, a Just Transition. A Just Transition focuses on jobs, livelihoods, and ensuring that no one is left behind by economic and technological disruptions towards economic justice and prosperity. It is a process by which workers, communities, employers, governments, and investors come together in social dialogue to drive the concrete plans, policies, and investments needed for a fast and fair transformation. https://iri.hks.harvard.edu/
