Transformation & Integration Program Leader | Governance, Accountability & Execution Clarity | onPAR

Magna, Utah, United States

About

I build clarity in complex environments. Over time, I’ve noticed that most programs don’t break because of technical failure. They drift because ownership blurs, tradeoffs go unspoken, and visibility fades. My work sits at the intersection of systems, governance, and people. I’ve led large-scale cloud migrations and cross-functional technology initiatives, but the real value isn’t in the tooling — it’s in restoring alignment when complexity increases. I approach leadership through a simple lens I call onPAR: Personal — Show up present. Address tension early. Build trust before it’s needed. Accountable — Make ownership explicit. Clarify who decides and who executes. Responsible — Steward time, risk, and people with discipline. That philosophy guides how I lead programs, engage stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity. My background includes enterprise IT transformation across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments. I’m PMP-certified and operate comfortably across predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery models. Areas of focus include: • Enterprise integration and transformation programs • Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud migrations • Cross-organizational governance and delivery frameworks • Program risk management and stakeholder alignment • Operating model and PMO framework development Personally, I’m fluent in American Sign Language and a parent of Deaf and Blind children. That lived experience has shaped how I think about accessibility, inclusion, and systems that truly work for people — not just processes. I’m particularly energized by environments where clarity needs to be rebuilt and momentum restored. If you’re navigating complexity, I’m always open to thoughtful conversation.
