I am currently part of our Workforce Development Team to take our workforce to the next level and have recently worked with various agencies to implement the first Apprenticeship program to the organization. Provide DPU, (Defects per unit) metrics to managers and employees within various facets of manufacturing, as well as measure outputs, and perform deviation controls while maintaining accurate quality records. Support the Test and Verification lab with Factory Acceptance criteria and parameters with systems team as well as implement component testing as needed. Perform quality-related tests to ensure products comply with company and legal standards.
As a DJ it is our job to keep the crowd entertained during band breaks at weddings and special events. To provide the greatest experience to our clients by keeping them engaged and dancing their socks off. Having a great music selection and charisma with a great personality. Perform gap analysis of quality and analyze monthly trending reports. Recommend and implement modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. Respond to customer warranties, inquiries and audit requirements relating to customer/manufacturing sites. Internal technical reviews, oversee prototype production, traceability and process sign-off at production initiation.
Initiate and organize cross functional meetings with assigned staff and provide project status and on time completion. Establish budgets and cost comparisons to ensure most suitable supplier is chosen while under tight budget. Plan and execute production schedule with team and identify gaps/risks. Communicate with suppliers and customers and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor and control budgets and costs during production process and identify areas of improvement.
Communicate production schedule with team members and training as required. Develop strong leadership qualities across all aspects of production process. Assist with development of Company policies and procedures. Annual employee evaluations and identify G&O's for coming year. Promote team building excersises with team to boost production and maintain company morale.
