Aaron has extensive experience in: ▪ environmental impact assessment (EIA) ▪ preparation of environmental planning instruments (including LEPs and SEPPs), legislation and regulation ▪ strategic land use planning (including development control plans and master plans) ▪ environmental risk assessment (from pre-feasibility through project definition to delivery) ▪ project management ▪ procurement and tender assessment ▪ business case analysis ▪ development contributions plans and planning agreements ▪ preparation of due diligence/land use planning and development advice ▪ statutory planning/development assessment ▪ State significant development (SSD)/State significant infrastructure (SSI) compliance auditing/reporting, ▪ Preparation and review of construction and environmental management plans (EMP) and associated sub plans; and ▪ policy development - across the environmental and land use planning sectors.
