After over two decades working across the energy spectrum—from naval nuclear engineering to oil and gas exploration, and now renewable energy—I’ve learned that true progress comes from adaptability and teamwork. Today, I’m proud to work with CJR Renewables and supporting its wholly owned subsidiary Solarstall, where we focus on large-scale solar construction and sustainable power generation. Earlier in my career, I worked as a directional driller and wireline engineer, helping drive exploration and innovation in complex environments. I later served veterans as a representative of the Disabled Veteran’s Outreach Program, an experience that deepened my commitment to purpose-driven work. Before that, I spent ten years as a nuclear operator in the U.S. Navy, where discipline and precision became part of who I am. Every step along the way has strengthened my belief in building systems—and teams—that power a better future.
National leadership team sales role, concentrating on identifying national level customers, securing master service agreements. Provided training, direction, oversight, and guidance to account managers, business development managers, and area directors. Sales and service of industrial site services specializing in refineries, petrochemical facilities, oil and gas exploration and logistics. Greenfield branch starts, customer book development, operational collaboration and direction, applicant interview/hiring.
Work with oil and gas producers, rig crews and their supervisors, to direct the drilling of hydrocarbon wells to reach target locations or target zones. Read and interpret well plans, with regard to directional concerns, and make recommendations to adapt to changing conditions as experienced. Coordinate the shipping and receipt of directional tools and BHA components to ensure no rig schedule delays.
Assisted veterans with employment and training services. Performed human resource duties regarding job matching, skills assessment, and placement.
