I manage Training Programs for Optimum, supporting the teams bringing our customers best in class products and services.
In this role, I led a team of learning professionals who delivered best in class leader-led training to consumer call center and sales & distribution employees. Duties included client relationship management, consulting, needs analysis, coaching and development, measuring business impact, budgeting, process improvement, employee engagement and more. We empower sales growth, customer service excellence, and lower employee attrition through training initiatives created and executed in partnership with business unit leaders. One key to achieving consistent results is measuring success with learning analytics tied to business KPIs.
In this role, I led all learning technology development and operations, learning metrics and analytics, skills transformation learning experiences, and learning operations for AT&T University. Our team created a custom Learning Experience Platform built with xAPI standards using a Learning Record Store; automated employee skills inferencing; employed machine learning for just in time training tied to business KPIs; and much more. This complex ecosystem of tools supported over 600k+ learners, vendors and strategic partners and supported the Skills Transformation journey of 100K+ employees. In addition, we built a robust learning data and analytics infrastructure that supported all levels of the Kirkpartic Model, including correlation of learning to business KPIs. Our team supported Training Design content creation platforms, led HR and AT&T University wide project and program management, as well as led learning Organizational Change Management for the enterprise.
In this role, I led large teams of learning professionals who performed learning needs analysis, learning content creation, training delivery, and learning performance evaluation. Our focus was on impactful, engaging learning experiences that had measurable impact to the business units we supported, which included sales, call centers, and field services. Managing large teams and focusing on their engagement and development was a key requirement of this position.
