I am a Psychology graduate with hands-on experience across clinical, emergency healthcare, and organizational settings. I have worked closely with mental health professionals, contributing to case discussions, psychological research, and patient care, while also gaining exposure to crisis intervention and counseling practices. My experience include internships in clinical psychology and healthcare, where I developed practical skills in patient support, psychological assessment observation, and therapeutic techniques such as Jacobson’s Progressive Muscle Relaxation and Guided Imagery. Additionally, my role in emergency healthcare strengthened my ability to perform under pressure, assist in life support procedures, and maintain critical patient monitoring. Beyond clinical work, I bring experience in business development and team coordination, including hiring and training interns—enhancing my leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. I am driven by a strong commitment to mental health advocacy and patient well-being, aiming to combine empathy with analytical thinking to make meaningful contributions in psychology and healthcare. During the internship, the primary work responsibilities included case discussions, case observation, content creation, research work as well as hiring and training new candidates for Internship work responsibilities. I am also trained in relaxation techniques such as JPMR and Guided Imagery
