I am a final-year Bachelor of Science student in Sports Science and Health at Technological University Dublin, graduating in May 2026. I have a strong interest in sports performance, athlete development, and the application of evidence-based practice to improve physical performance and overall health. Prior to my degree, I completed a Level 6 Diploma in Sports Science at Inchicore College of Further Education, where I developed a strong foundation in exercise science, training principles, and performance analysis. Alongside my academic studies, I work as a sports coach with Crewclass, a company that helps individuals improve their fitness through rowing-based training. This role has strengthened my ability to coach athletes, communicate effectively, and create engaging training environments that support both performance and participation. Through both coaching and my personal involvement in rowing, I have developed a strong appreciation for the demands of high-performance sport and the importance of structured training, teamwork, and discipline. Through my education, coaching experience, and athletic background, I have developed strong skills in teamwork, work ethic, and attention to detail. I am particularly interested in opportunities within sports performance, athlete support, and applied sports science where I can contribute to improving performance and health outcomes.
