Key skills and competencies acquired: • Product Adoption: Devised and implemented a product adoption enablement workflow and adoption support service to enhance the efficiency of agile teams across key business units. Supported technical adoption of over 600 internal users to new digital platforms and assisted digital transformation growth in achieving 20 digital pods, 12 digital products, and capturing $117M in EBITDA value in 2022 • Agile Transformation: Strategic planning of agile initiatives for agile transformation within KraftHeinz NA Zone. Work includes research, roadmapping, benchmarking, and strategic alignment with business objectives to steer over 19,000 NA employees toward agile ways of working and adopting agile mindsets • Training and Knowledge Management: Led technical adoption training and coaching with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure readiness of product launch and feature releases. Established a SharePoint Knowledge Management site and system, capturing more than 1K unique internal users and over 1.2K weekly visits to support user learning, technical onboarding, and information accessibility

Assist and support CNDLS in technology-enhanced learning. My role includes: • Assisting with CNDLS monthly webinars • Prototyping and design for in-house faculty development and student learning applications • Faculty support for portfolio and course-based websites • Student and Faculty support for Georgetown Domains
Conduct qualitative research on student design data to uncover insights and knowledge for improving design engineering education. Assist with curriculum development, logistical maintenance, and student support for an HCDE undergraduate core course on organizational teamwork.
Performed and assisted with qualitative data collection, literature review, research study design and documentation and organization for pre-study development. Prior to learning engagement, I helped with curriculum development and procedural planning for a learning engagement with students at Echo Glen and Digital Arts and Media. The goal of this research and learning engagement was to better engage incarcerated youth with Digital Arts & Media (VR) education to expand on identities of creation and art in 3-Dimensions.
