Perrysburg, Ohio, United States
I am open to work in Ohio or a remote position. I have approximately 15 years of experience spanning the areas of GIS technician work, Geospatial analysis, SAS and Python programming, Operations analysis, and Data Engineering. While my career has been a steady progression into the data realm, I retain a deep appreciation for all of the skill areas I've developed as well as opportunities that include work outside. I'm highly motivated to find a new position where I can support work with a sense of purpose, develop new skills, and solve new interesting problems. Please reach out with any opportunities or questions.
Primary responsibilities include ETL processing and data engineering. Additional duties encompass law enforcement-related analysis, geospatial analysis using Python, ArcGIS, and various other tools. My primary goals are to increase client efficiency and improve pace and quality of analysis.
Responsible for leading a small team of SAS Engineers, programming ETL and ad hoc processes, and SAS Administration.
I took a few months off to hike the Appalachian Trail. I didn't make it as far as I'd like, but 200 miles isn't so bad. I took some time afterwords to stay with my father.
