Aaron Chapman has 25 years in the call center industry from technical support, customer service and sales. From being a CS rep to a tech-support and customer service rep. To managing all the above. 12 years managing call centers from t-mobile to the current center I am CEO of which is primarily a inbound sales center (10 years) Aaron Chapman started out as tech support for a Dial-up Internet company back in 1997 to working with many call centers / contracts including: T-Mobile, MSN, Dell, LLBean and many others. Aaron Chapman has always done very well in call centers. He has been promoted to management positions in almost every center he has ever worked for. Aaron Chapman has moved some of his business interests into brokering deals between online influencers and clients looking for promotion. He has already seen success in that arena. His hopes are that he can eventually get to a point where he can semi-retire and use his time and finances to help others achieve a better life. That is one of his life goals is helping others and he does so as often as he can.
