- Built and lead Human Resources function for company from Pre-IPO, through IPO process, into a public company and its eventual sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise. - Scaled Aruba from 150 employees with 30 million dollars in annual revenue to 3,000 employees in 40+ countries and 3 billion dollar revenue run rate business. - Transitioned company business practices from small scale start-up to medium sized rapidly growing public company. - Involved in setting company’s strategic direction with core leadership team, worked directly with Board of Directors on all major human resources initiatives.
- Started Human Resources for function venture backed start-up Neoteris Inc helping to scale the company from 30 to 200 staff members and a revenue run rate of $30 million/yr. Transitioned to NetScreen when it acquired Neoteris in November of 2003 and then to Juniper when it acquired NetScreen in Feb of 2004. Took over as lead HR person for both Neoteris and NetScreen in newly formed business unit for Juniper
- Managed Human Resources, Facilities, and IT functions for company through VC funding, IPO & multi-billion dollar acquisition by Nortel Networks - Implemented self-service HR model with web based tools that enabled the HR organization to support 150 employees per HR staff member with rapid headcount growth from 200 employee to 2000 in 18 months
