Currently in my final year, I am passionate about the complexities of business law and aspire to pursue a Master’s in Law (LL.M.) in the USA to deepen my expertise. -Assisting in the drafting, review, and analysis of commercial and operational contracts, including port service agreements, vendor agreements, and related contractual documentation. -Conducting legal research on laws and regulations governing ports, SEZs, maritime operations, logistics, and infrastructure projects. -Researching the regulatory and compliance framework applicable to APSEZ as a port operator and SEZ developer. -Assisting in contractual due diligence, clause vetting, and identification of legal and commercial risks. -Preparing legal notes, research briefs, and summaries for internal reference. -Assisting in litigation-related matters, including research on ongoing disputes, preparation of case briefs, summaries of pleadings, and compilation of documents for court and tribunal proceedings. -Gaining exposure to court and tribunal processes and coordination with external counsels.
