- Worked on CRISPR epigenome editing to upregulate CXCR4 for enhanced HSPC engraftment; gained wet-lab (bacteria culturing, DNA extraction, and cell transfection), data processing and poster communication experience. - Poster presented at the Pathological Society / Royal Society of Medicine winter meeting.
