It has been more than 25 years since I started my career as Assistant Brand Manager at British American Tobacco. Working through Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Brand Plans, Distribution Strategies, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement and HR in different organisations at different levels, currently I am heading the operations of Pakistan's largest Agri and Beef export business. Though I have had multiple experiences in my career, I consider Marketing as my core competence and find myself always hungry for Business Growth. By virtue of my roles, I have been part of Management Committees at different organizations, which gave me an insight to overall business and helped me enhance my business management skills. During my career I have managed diversified teams both locally and internationally and I believe very strongly that its people who make a difference between possibility and impossibility.
