    SSUP.CO is a consumer social startup with the vision to make the internet a multiplayer experience. It has raised $8.1 Mn in funding from reputed global VCs Accel & Lightspeed along with angel investors like Lachy Groom, Kunal Shah & Tanmay Bhat. - Led a team of 45 members including 5 product managers, 29 developers, 7 QA engineers, and 4 designers. Directly managing and mentoring 5 product managers executing on both creator and consumer roadmaps. - Revamped the execution process across all teams, fostering improved communication, transparency, and successful adoption of Agile methodologies. The result was a ~4X increase in execution speed with a similar team size. - Conceptualised and led the launches of multiple consumer products to test out various hypothesis in the consumer social space. - Led the launches of a range of creator products leading to an entire suite of products helping creators know their fanbase in more depth, engage better with them, monetise them, and retain them for longer.

      GetMega is a real money social gaming platform incorporated in Jan 2019. In 3 years since inception, the company had scaled to 180 employees & a GTV of $110 Mn raising $25 Mn in funding from reputed global VCs like Accel, Nexus, & Hashed. - Led a team of 52 people including 5 product managers, 39 developers, 4 QA engineers, and 4 designers while creating the strategy, and managing the long term roadmap for multiple product verticals - social, growth, & trust. Led the quarterly OKR setting process for the entire product team while also ensuring extremely high completion rate (~90%) of KRs across multiple product verticals. Influenced the vision of the company & led the pivot of the product to a social network product for real money gamers. - Conceptualized the entire social network layer to transform the real money gaming platform to a real money social gaming network. Launched features like friending, chat, profile, friend discovery, notifications, & in-game audio video call. Led the launch of multiple social product features to increase the L0 metric of social density (no. of active friends per player) by 20 times from 0.3 to 6 within 2 quarters. Launched a social onboarding flow to increase friending adoption leading to an increase in the percentage of new signups making at least 1 friend from 5% to 75% within 2 quarters. - Launched a robust referral product to create personalized referral programs for different user audiences with ease. Product launch helped in increasing the number of daily referral signups from ~100 to ~2500 within 2 months. - Launched the product that catches & reports in-game malicious activity to the operations team with capability to set up automated actions on specific collusion cases, reducing the response time to zero. Launch reduced the company's monetary loss due to collusion from $3000 per month to zero.

      - Launched the 2 highest revenue generating games - Poker & Rummy. Led the project from market research, feature specifications, design, to development. Post launch, did multiple revamps based on user feedback and focus group discussions to build the best Poker & Rummy experience in the industry. Led the launch of the high revenue generating gaming format called ‘Cash format’ from initial market and competitive research to design and execution. Currently this format brings 100% revenue for the company. - Led the creation and launch of a highly robust and personalized deposit offer framework for the product. Launch led to an instant increase in deposits by 25% & increased the percentage of new users converting to paid users from 7% to 10%. - Solved the problem of player wait time to reduce the drop off in the game join funnel from 40% to 10% by building an improved algorithm for table occupancy management & implementing estimated wait time based relevance score. - Built a flexible task based reward system to guide users to perform specific tasks in return of rewards. The product improved ARPU by 33% from $15 to $20 and week-1 player retention from 27% to 42%.
