    Spearheaded Fujifilm’s UK IT/OT Expansion program. Responsible for the building of a new OT MCN network and key services along with onboarding process equipment and automation systems to enable Fujifilm to move towards NIS2 compliance and protect its manufacturing operations, all whilst expanding its UK manufacturing capability. Onboarded initially as a Project Manager to head up Fujifilm’s new plant infrastructure and OT deliverables working alongside Fujis automation team, however, within 3 months moved into the Program Manager position as the deliverables expanded and additional IT requirements were identified, such as a new Datacentre. Built a team of IT/OT architects, project managers and front & back-office engineers and onboarded the support of a 3rd party MSP to detail the necessary Purdue HLD’s and LLD’s, build the required infrastructure and onboarding the systems and equipment onto the newly built manufacturing control network. Identified and delivered multiple projects to support the expansion program which if not identified, would have had a significant impact to the time and cost of completing the facility. Projects included a new Datacentre build, upgrade of existing Datacentre infrastructure, SAP & DMS projects alongside solutions such as Cisco ISE. Responsible for reporting and presenting program updates to key stakeholders including the site leadership team, VP’s, CIO and the build & operational readiness project directors. Managed multiple budgets exceeding £5m. Operating in a highly regulated GxP pharmaceutical environment, ensuring all necessary documentation, change controls and compliance requirements are fully met.

      Completed a multi-site proof of concept for OT asset identification and threat management using Claroty and Nozomi MPPM tools, working closely with Deloitte and both vendors. Analysed the results of the POC to identify and highlight vulnerabilities, areas for development, and the need for an MPPM solution.
