I graduated cum laude from New York University Abu Dhabi in 2024 with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Finance. I have since been working at Tribe Infrastructure Group, an Infrastructure focused Financial Advisory Boutique in Abu Dhabi. Here I am working on Project Finance, Debt and Equity Raising, and M&A in the Infrastructure Sector. Before this, I held internship positions in different capacities at US and UAE based Investment Banking, Private Credit, and Venture Capital firms. I believe working in these roles has not only allowed me to gain insight into both - the sell-side and buy-side of Finance but also enabled me to build a more holistic and unique view of developed and emerging markets.
Tribe Infrastructure Group is a boutique Financial Advisory firm focused on the infrastructure sector. At Tribe, I am actively working on large scale capital raises, financings, and M&A in the GCC. Given the overweight of greenfield transactions in the region, I have also been exposed to deal structuring and robust Project Financing through my experience at Tribe. I am actively working on deals in several subsectors including Renewables and Clean energy, Water transmission, Circular Economy, and District Cooling.

Ruya Partners is a Private Credit firm which provides flexible capital solutions to private sector companies in emerging markets where traditional financing markets leave a significant funding gap - Built Debt Model for a LBO worth $25mm - Worked on Financial Due Diligence and Cash Flow Analysis where the fund was offering a $50mm debt facility to a potential company
Nexus Inc. Pakistan was founded to bridge the gap between local volunteers and NGOs or welfare institutions - Founded the entity as a small social project and aim to build it into a social enterprise -Responsibilities included bringing investors, creating ties with organizations, planning the business strategy, and overall management of the entity -Led my team to win a seed fund where a total of 100 enterprises competed and secured an initial investment of $2000 - Worked with Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint
