• Report to Board of Directors and Management of the company on all matters related to AML/CFT & Risk Assessment. • Design an AML/CFT Compliance Program in line with regulatory AML/CFT requirements for company network (66 branches). • Report and center point of coordinator with State Bank of Pakistan (Central Bank) and competent authorities in all matters/queries related but not limited to AML/CFT, Risk Assessment, SBP’s Survey, Inspection, Regulatory compliance. • Pro-actively handle day-to-day AML and compliance related issues in line with internal AML/CFT policies and procedures. • Undertake financial crime investigation & assessment and report suspicious activities (SAR/STRs) to FMU (FIU) via GoAML. • Reporting of Currency Transaction Report (CTRs) to FMU (FIU) via GoAML. • Effective implementation of Compliance Program, Transaction Monitoring System (TMS), and Sanction Screening procedures in line with the company’s internal AML/CFT policy and regulatory requirements. • Develop AML/CFT Compliance & Fraud Training & Awareness Programs as per the regulatory and MTO(s) requirements. • Develop and exercise Internal Risk Assessment (IRA) considering AML/CFT requirement to assess the risk and vulnerabilities associated with the operations of the company. • Interact and coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies, Money Transfer Operator (Western Union & Money Gram International), Banks and other corporate entities including international tie-ups related to all the matters/queries of AML/CFT compliance and requirement. • Coordinate with SBP for Regulatory Inspection and Internal Audit for audit of the company.
• Preparation of financial statements, financial analysis, bank reconciliation, cost and sales price statements. • Coordinate in overall internal audit and taxation, sales management & analysis and other business operations. • IT management and control over ERP Finance & Inventory, Payroll and POS controller at head office and in all branches.
