Project estimations, scheduling, and forecasting manhours. Effectively managed a team of 20-30 people including subcontractor for Commissioning of NorthRiver midstream projects. Monitor engineering and design, to assure conformance to design calculations, budget, and schedule. Review and approval of specifications and drawings developed by the I&C team. Prepare/ review of specifications, inquiries, bid evaluations and requisitions for instrumentation and control systems equipment as required by the project. Develop and review engineering work packages (EWP) for sub-contractors. Review of RFPs for mechanical disciplines. Review of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Bid Reviews for mechanical packages. Conduct site surveys and prepare site visit reports. Review, evaluate contract changes / variations order by subcontractors and vendors. Participate in Inter disciplines reviews like Hazop, 3D model reviews, Design review meetings. Department Quality Representative Root cause analysis for non-Conformities and helped to prepare replies and corrective actions. Mentor fresh graduates and junior engineers.
