About

I am a law student at Singapore Management University with a focused interest in international arbitration, commercial disputes and advocacy. As a "Dean's lister" for all applicable years, my cGPA 3.80. I was an octofinalist in both the FDI Moot and the Sports Arbitration Moot, and I am preparing to participate in the Deakin Moot. These experiences have strengthened my interest in investor-State arbitration, commercial arbitration, written advocacy and tribunal-facing oral submissions. I have gained practical disputes exposure through internships at Clifford Chance, Baker McKenzie and Providence Law Asia, including work connected to arbitration, investigations and commercial litigation. I also interned under Abraham Vergis SC, which gave me exposure to high-level disputes strategy and advocacy. Separately, I am involved in torts research with Professor Nicholas Liu, which has developed my interest in doctrinal legal research and legal writing. Beyond practice and research, I am an MOE-qualified teacher of Legal Studies at Singapore American School. I am particularly interested in Asia-linked international arbitration, investor-State disputes, energy and infrastructure disputes, and complex commercial disputes.
