Currently leading the strategic transformation of planning across the MENA supply chain towards a cost efficient & customer centric network. Linked to the MENA 2026 strategy, my role is centred around streamlining End-2-End processes, setting the right organization, supported by a fit-for-purpose IT structure [SAP/IBP]. I have built capabilities within balancing different customer requirements vs. supply scale & efficiency. Succeeding across the network has required me to navigate the organization and work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels. In addition I am leading the regional waste agenda, working with local waste leads on developing the structure & accelerating initiatives
