· Researched and maintained a comprehensive database of government, community, and environmental recovery resources to support survivors of the January 2025 LA Wildfires. · Served as organizational representative at Palisades Long-Term Recovery Group and Eaton Fire Collaboratory meetings, advocating for sustainable and equitable community recovery. · Built partnerships with public and private agencies supporting equitable disaster response in Pacific Palisades and Altadena. · Supported the Disaster Case Management Program by coordinating regular meetings, delivering presentations, and hosting guest speakers to keep case managers informed of available recovery resources for their clients.

· Permanently housed the chronically homeless with co-occurring mental health/ substance abuse disorders. · Provided leadership, guidance and training for case managers and grad school interns to conduct client services. · Accessed medical, psychiatric, residential, social and financial services to prepare clients for independent housing. · Collaborated with clients to develop skills for independent living, housing stabilization, money management, community integration, and address short- and long-term goals. · Engaged in crisis intervention/ de-escalation with clients under the influence, at risk of harm or eviction. · Managed and recorded progress of clients via LA County database (CHAMP) and sent progress reports to court.
