Head of Analytics at Chase International Consumer Bank, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to answer questions through the intelligent use of data. Previously a consultant working on a variety of areas including data management, architecture, analytics and data science. Industry expertise in primarily financial services but also FMCG, B2B SAS and more. I obtained an MSc in Data Science at the LSE and a first-class honours degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of St Andrews, also achieving the dean’s list for academic achievement.
'Formerly Concentra Analytics' Provided data management, visualization & advanced analytics solutions to clients across a wide range of industries and functions, with the aim of bringing clients along a data maturity journey from basic reporting to advanced analytics.
Mainly working with Apache Spark & Pyspark we utilsed big data and distributed computing to segment populations of users into groups and predict churn. This can give novel insights into the characteristic of customer bases and provide information that can inform targeted advertising & customer retention stategies.
