People and budget responsibility for Ferrero Area International regions: UK, Mexico, South America, Russia, Centra Asia & Caucasus. In my role I drive the change for media towards a more pan-regional approach and a stronger focus on digital. I am responsible at Area level for media strategy, capabilities building and coordination of regional and local media teams to ensure achievement of Business, Marketing and Comms objectives through optimal touch point planning and rigorous measurement. My main role as a Global Media Director is to lead and land smarter media thinking in order to build brand equities and drive growth on a global scale. Continued partnership with Home Care category and starting from Feb 2018 partnering with Refreshment category for Ice Cream brands like Wall's, Magnum and for Beverages category brands like Lipton.
Accountable for providing daily media expertise to the full Home Care brands portfolio - including Laundry brands like OMO/Persil, Surf, Comfort in addition to Household Care brands - global brand teams for the development of global communication channel plans. Responsible for driving the digital agenda of the category.
Responsibility in building the media skills (particularly in digital) and capabilities of Oral Care category brands like Signal and Household Care global category brands like Sunlight, Cif, Domestos to deliver breakthrough campaign ideas and executions designed to resonate with today’s consumer in an increasingly complex and cluttered media environment.
Leadership of Central & Southern Europe region Interactive Marketing Strategy to deliver brand and Corporate objectives, providing commercial recommendation for use of online and digital platforms in IMC mix, in segmented and rapidly changing environments. Development/introduction and maintenance of an effective and efficient iMarketing infrastructure (technology, people, ideas, finances) CSE to ensure accessibility, penetration and full coverage of interactive marketing initiatives within integrated marketing strategies. Lead of cross-functional teams to develop/adapt user experience for digital activities that meet both the needs of the target audience as well as the corporate and brand's marketing objectives.
Leadership of Italy market Interactive Marketing Strategy with digital assets and media management with introduction of an efficient and effective penetration of iMarketing concepts into the market to integrate the iActivities into the marketing thinking as increasingly important tools, including insuring budgets, technology, Brand Managers understanding and creating environment (tools, resources and motivation) for driving the interactive agenda in business unit.
