I am someone who learns by watching the world closely and trying to understand the patterns inside it. I spend a lot of time with documentaries about ecosystems. The Serengeti in Tanzania, National Geographic explorations, anything that shows how animals, landscapes and weather depend on one another. These stories make me look at the planet with a kind of respect that feels both grounding and overwhelming. I enjoy reading about environmental science even when it is complicated. Research on NOx emissions, atmospheric chemistry and engineering ideas helps me understand what is really happening behind the scenes. Books like Sustainable Sustainability and Traditional Ecological Knowledge made me realise that conservation is not only about modern solutions. It also lives in the wisdom of communities, old practices and ways of relating to nature that we sometimes forget. Art also influences how I think. I am fascinated by artists like Aurora Robson who turn discarded plastic into something beautiful. Her work reminds me that sustainability can be creative and emotional, not only technical. I like staying aware of what is happening around the world. The Willow Project, climate policies, decisions that shift an entire ecosystem, all of these help me question how human choices shape the planet. I follow TED talks, global conferences and voices like Tshering Tobgay to understand how different people approach the same problem. At my core, I am someone who blends curiosity with care. I try to understand the environment with both science and feeling. Sustainability is not just something I study. It is the way I make sense of the world and my place in it.
Started the largest youth-led environmental nonprofits, now active in 20+ global locations. Led clean-ups, workshops, and community partnerships that repurposed 3,000+ kg of plastic waste. Engaged 7,000+ people and trained 200+ youth volunteers. Manage expansion, volunteer systems, curriculum design, and cross-country coordination.
Wrote, edited, and published a book documenting 20+ sustainable businesses and NGOs. Conducted 40+ interviews with CEOs and founders through extensive cold-emailing. Explores local and global climate solutions to combat eco-anxiety and amplify overlooked changemakers. Developed skills in research, narrative building, and independent publishing.
Founder and host of a sustainability podcast exploring diverse, conflicting, and unconventional climate perspectives. Recorded 30+ interviews with researchers, founders, and workers, releasing several episodes on Spotify. The podcast reframes sustainability as an accessible, human issue rather than an elite trend, encouraging critical inquiry and empathy.
Developing a low-cost, tamarind-based microplastic filters using natural polysaccharides to purify water. Leading material testing, prototype development, and scalability studies. Focused on creating accessible filtration systems for rural and low-resource communities.
Co-developing a hybrid water purification system combining amphipathic water collection, SODIS purification, and membrane filtration to achieve 90%+ purification. Manage system documentation, content strategy, and scientific communication for prototyping and testing.
