• Preparing and Execution of Tender Documents. • Perform and implement value engineering proposals on the design. • Assist in preparing the material acquisition plan and shop drawings plan. • Conduct technical meetings with the system s suppliers and prepare m aterial subm ittals. • Coordinate between mechanical & electrical discipline and all other engineering disciplines. • Tackle all the engineering correspondences related to m echanical woks. • Attend the testing and commissioning for the mechanical systems. •Control and guide all mechanical subordinates, subcontractors and specialist suppliers. • Handle all mechanical submittals including shop drawings, material & systems, method statem ents. • Guide the QA/QC m echanical & electrical team for proper installations & material inspections. •Conducts routine site inspection and ensure com pletion of related phase within the specified tim e of schedule. Work description: • Carryout site inspection on com pleted works with Mechanical Coordinator & Consultant in accordance with the approved shop drawings. • Supervise works and inspection with QA/QC. • Evaluates m onthly progress & progress reports.• Inspection of m aterial of the project and reviewing the purchase orders. • Organize & Evaluates Suppliers Subm ittals and Quotations. • Reviewing facilitates as-built drawing and O & M Manuals which has been handed over. • Supervision in execution of plum bing systems (sanitary system , Drainage system , water supply line and sanitary fixtures) onsite. • Check shop drawings, coordination drawings and specifications of the project to insure the results indicated are being achieved well. • Manpower handling and job assignm ent. • Coordination with other contractors and building contractors for sm ooth operation onsite. • Attending site m eetings concerning the progress of work. • Preparation of weekly progress report. • Supervision of site work. • Material management on/offsite.
