Construction Management| Projects Management| Building Services Engineering| Delivering Projects On Time and Under Budget • Liaise with in-house team members, consultants, and contractors on projects to ensure clear understanding of scope and to advise on progress with authority submissions, design, and progress on site, to ensure all are in-line with the project program. • Monitor construction activity on site to ensure contractor is on track for project completion. Monitor contractor complies to the design, standard requirements and within the project budget. • Complete management of project from Pre-concept design development up to DLP close out. • Manage the handover of the development to the FM team/End user, reviewing and ensuring all documentations, drawings and O&M are in accordance with the requirements. • Carryout final snag inspection of the projects prior to handover. • Liaise and manage local authorities’ approvals including DEWA, DCD, SIRA, DM, Etisalat/Du etc. • Implement sustainable and energy efficient proposal on projects. • Organizing / preparing project reports (i.e. Project planning reports, Authority Approval Matrix, Design synopsis & client query list, Schematic design, and Detail design reports)
Engineering: • Review of Contract scope of work and Project Specification. • Design reviews / Interacting with consultants and Client for technical clarification and preparing RFI’s. • Reviewing & ensuring the design load schedule and SLD as per the project requirement and Preparing Voltage drop calculation to ensure Voltage drop is within the range. • Co-ordinate with QA/QC Engineers for preparing the method statements / Testing & Commissioning procedures / test plans for installations and assistance. • Verifying and preparation of As- Built Drawings. Construction / Project Management: • Site representative on all matters to project manager / project head. • Coordination with Clients / Contractor / Consultant. • Interacting and Coordinate with site execution team for issuing of materials /drawings as per priority to achieve planned and targeted progress. • Providing Technical back up to the project team. • Ensure that work is carried out in line with the approved budget in all stages. • Manpower planning besides developing and monitoring the performances. • Maintaining track of day-to-day activities and productivity. • Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monty progress reports. • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by continuously meeting commitments for Engineering & Company quality standards and guidelines.
• Tendering and estimation of both design and built (turnkey) projects and fit out jobs. • Sub-contractor selection and negotiations. • Improvising on the installation scheme. Adopting value engineering techniques to minimize cost and without compromising on the quality. • Managing Subcontractors for multiple projects. • Delivering projects on time within the budget. • Review contract drawings / specification and ignition of field notices / request for information where deficiencies or ambiguities are identified within contract specification / drawings.

• Involved in the electrical design of buildings. • Calculation of Transformer ratings, voltage drop, short circuit current and load scheduling.
