Key account management on a national level for Access Control and Time Management systems and integrated Security Solutions (covering CCTV, Intrusion, Entrance Control – pedestrian and vehicle access). In charge of Business development both with existing and new customers. Specialized in different profiles of clients: Public administrations (Ministries, Universities, National and local agencies), Large Industry and High-Profile private organizations (Insurance, Law firms, etc.). Pre-Sales consultancy / Consultative sales, project viability analysis, preparation of technical and commercial proposals/tenders for both hardware and software, and complete follow-up of the customer relationship development.
Leading a team of 3 professionals, with a wide range of responsibilities including: o Direct support to the Sales team to analyze key projects, both on-site and remotely. o Internal and External technical training, making sure the Sales team has the proper level of technical knowledge and that the Distribution and Maintenance partners are able to accompany the company in its development and growth. o Maintaining the database of documentation up to date (Installation and User manuals, Datasheets, FAQs) o Support to the Distribution partners in their effort to promote our solutions (hardware/software) to the market. o Direct Project Management for High-Profile projects and integrations (large scale implementations, specific newly developed products, or “VIP” customers).
Key account management on a European level, both B2B (Channel Sales - Distributors and Integrators) and B2C, promoting a wide range of solutions including Access Control, CCTV, Time Attendance, Turnstiles, Parking Barriers and LPR solutions, IoT, Smart Locks, etc. with a specialty on RFID and multi-biometric systems. Market prospection, pre-sales consultancy, preparation of Technical and Commercial proposals of both hardware and software, and complete follow-up of the customer relationship development.
Management of a fleet of 120 vehicles (armoured, service, and commercial). Coordination of the maintenance and Traffic management teams. Consultancy to reduce the operations costs and improve the security systems. Analysis of former processes, costs and rentability and definition of the new structure and processes. Direct contact with Retail clients for special projects in Spain (Carrefour, Alcampo, VIPs, Eroski, Leroy Merlin, Conforama, DIA S.A, etc.) and Portugal (Auchan, Jeronimo Martins, Sonae).
Responsible for the sales of armoured vehicles for Cash-in-Transit in the EMEA region. Market prospection, preparation and follow-up of technical and financial proposals, on-site consultancy for security and process optimization.
