🙋🍻🍔 📚 🤓⚖️ Who I Am: I am a 13 year food service industry degenerate, turned J.D... I want to lead the hard conversations. I have knowledge in University level EMS care, from the Center for Emergency Medicine at The University of Pittsburgh; with additional emergency medicine and response knowledge gained during my studies at Pitt. My diverse background and experiences, combined with my legal training allow me to view matters from multiple angles simultaneously. I am coach able, I work hard, I take insights from those below and above me, and I am forward thinking. 🤓 Experience: I have experience, in my capacities as a law clerk, nearly every aspect of criminal defense. From Law Enforcement investigation---> to sentencing/reconsideration, at both the State and Federal levels. I am going to continue focusing on the intersection of 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th amendment Constitutional rights, and emerging technology. Intertwined with this interest, I am staying up-to-date on both local law enforcement and Federal Agency complex investigative techniques in criminal and security matters; particularly with the use of 3rd party data/brokers, AI/GAI/QC Intelligence, warrant-less evidence gathering, crypto, and SEC enforcement, Information Privacy. I am also knowledgeable in CCPA, GDPR, and issues surrounding tech and data privacy. I am forming/reforming novel and at times complex future arguments today, so I can be effective tomorrow. My Goal: To go full send in my legal career and do meaningful work. To always remain genuine and based. I will bring empathy, experience, positive change and fresh air to the legal field in a way that would make those who know me proud. Bring diversity of thought and controlled chaos to the table to foster change and growth for good. I will never stop striving to be a worthy representative of the many populations I am part of all of which are underrepresented in the legal field, as practitioners. I am a fierce advocate for vulnerable communities. I oppose censorship and I am zealous about free speech in all of its forms. I believe diversity beats homogeneity every time. 🏂 🏋️♀️Hobbies Include (but are not limited to): snowboarding, CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, hiking, entertaining my Golden Retriever (Charlie), backpacking, stock market analysis (yes, also technical analysis), camping, parking lot rap battles, volunteering, docus, nerding out on anything science related, Star Wars, Lord of The Rings, and,trivia night. General Manager in charge of overall operation. Main function during my term of employment was creating a new, efficient and effective standard of operating procedures in coordination with the City of Pittsburgh. Other significant contributions for operations included: reorganization of staff, training of Assistant Managers for future positions of increased responsibilities focusing on my departure; my other primary function was to foster a culture change and promote personal and professional growth. This approach bucked industry norms and put food on tables of both employees and our customers.
