Technical Lead / Senior NPI Engineer with total 12+ Years of Experience in implementing new products, systems in the: IT / telecommunications (5G) / industrial / automotive / aviation / mining - oil industries. Lead the Industry 4.0 and products introductions agenda for Manufacturing team. Thus, develop the required analysis and documentation. Provide technical expertise in the Industrial in terms of the best possible implementation of products/systems.
Roles & Responsibilities: -end-to-end delivery of projects; -implementation of the ERP system based on customer needs; -working closely with stakeholders within each customer account and identify processes flows and business requirements, documentation and project plans; -key activities including planning, estimating, defining the function architecture, writing functional design specifications and providing support; -providing support and making necessary configuration changes, analyzing and resolving production issues related to Radius, Printflow, Auto Count, PLC; -coordination and implementation of the production cycle: bill of materials, routing, staged process, material planning, MPR, production and movement; -conducting training for software users; -optimize solutions and applications to meet the needs of the customer environment; -work with customer on test strategy and planning to ensure successful solution implementation;
As NPI Product Engineer I am responsible for: - new products implementation according to targets of delivery time, yield loss, productivity and customer needs; - managing and communicating the current status of Products Qualification table of production plant; - Interface PDM / QAD regarding products, card bodies, modules and artworks in the plant; - Instructions, Procedures and parameters for related processes; - Pushing production and follow up new qualifications regards cards production (structure, features, holograms, sig panels, alternative materials, effects, innovative card bodies, etc.); - To be the interface with the factory to external stakeholders (IMT, CS, T(D)C’s, Corpo Quality, Project Managers) regarding new products qualification and implementation; - Products transferences inside the factory for Polycarbonate Cards Transfers between sites being not only responsible with Quality to approve the samples approval in machine but also approval in machine of the first production batch; - To manage internal (plant) new products implementation projects that require new materials, equipment’s, software together with Process Engineering; - Gathering samples, documents of products to be transferred from/to other sites to factory; - To be Thales representative in meetings/process with Customer for new products qualification for press proofs approvals on all Thales business segments.
As NPI Engineer I was responsible for: - participating in the powder coating processes (degreasing-rinsing-oxsilan-rinsing-coating- drying/cooling) on following materials: CRS, Al, AZ,HDG, etc, We are painting differentcomponents: small,medium and big components which are milled bent/welded/etc; - participating in a design project for module and system level, in first article builds and prototype production (EV, DV phase); - supporting other Departments during PV run and support transfer to volumes; cooperation with production team; - working with technology development in order to improve existing technologies; - participating or driving design follow up meetings with internal or/and external customers; - analyzes particular stages of technological process; preparing reports for internal or/and external customers; - performing laboratory analysis (I was responsible for the FA laboratory); - constant contact with the customer and reporting to him all the problems associated with stopping production and troubleshooting manufacturing problems (finding a solution to the production could have been quickly restarted).
As SQAE I was responsible for: - assurance the quality of components produced on suppliers side; - reduction in risk of improper use of material; cooperation with incoming Inspection and other departments in the field of managed material group; - initiates the complaint process on components purchased (material inconsistent with the customer requirements) to suppliers; - analysis for 5D/8D report; - supervising the implementation of corrective and preventive actions taken by suppliers as a result of a complaint of materials not compliant with the technical specification; - coordinating the FAI process.
As production planer I was responsible for: - ensuring timely execution of orders; - optimal capacity utilization (the bottleneck effect can not appear); - control the material on stock; - creating juxtapositions and analyzes; - control timeliness of orders; - production plan creation; - Prioritization of production tasks.
