I’m currently in my third year of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Erasmushogeschool Brussel, where I’ve developed a strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, especially within the IT and digital fields. My background has helped me understand people, communication, and inclusion, skills I now apply to identifying potential and building meaningful professional connections. Before this, I started a program in Multimedia and Creative Technology, where I gained experience in digital communication, design, webdesign and coding. This combination of human and digital understanding allows me to approach recruitment with both empathy and structure. My goal is to grow in IT recruitment, connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities and contributing to strong, future-oriented teams.
