Jon Moeller is P&G’s Executive Chairman of the Board. In this capacity, he leads P&G’s Board of Directors and provides advice and counsel to the CEO and P&G’s leadership team on company decisions. Jon served as P&G’s Chairman, President & CEO from 2021 until the end of 2025 and has been an integral part of P&G's leadership team for well over two decades, including positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Since joining P&G in 1988 as a cost analyst, Jon has held various senior leadership roles in categories, sectors and regions, including assignments in China, as well as serving as the company’s Treasurer, Global Beauty, Health, Feminine Care Finance Senior VP, and Corporate Forecasting & Analysis.
It is a tremendous and humbling honor to serve as P&G’s next President and Chief Executive Officer. I am extraordinarily passionate about this Company and this organization. For the last 33 years, I have constantly been reminded of the privilege it is to work alongside such committed colleagues and friends. I am grateful to have this opportunity to work with P&G people to continue building on our positive momentum in this new capacity.
As the Company’s Chief Operating Officer today, Jon has profit/loss responsibility for P&G’s Enterprise Markets (Latin America, India, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe). He also leads the Company’s Investor Relations, Information Technology, Global Business Services, Sales, Market Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Distribution efforts. Andre Schulten was elected Chief Financial Officer in March 2021, succeeding Jon in that role.
