- Hiring, training and motivating field staff. - Assigning territories, schedules and appropriate material and equipment to staff. - Travelling to major clients such as Edeka and Rewe. - Preparing reports highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of individual field staff. - Assisting staff to improve and tracking staff progress. - Providing training programmes for field staff to ensure that they can perform their duties effectively. - Maintaining all field staff rules and responsibilities and ensuring that field staff comply with the rules. - Performing all on-call duties and supporting field staff under your supervision. - Contact person throughout the company
