Support in the Production Control & Logistics department at the Heilbronn and Herrenberg sites: • KPI tracking/reporting in the area of logistics using SAP and internal analysis tools • Participation and involvement in daily stand-up meetings • Preparation and moderation of internal PC&L audits within the business group • Management of empties for international suppliers and customers • Taking on projects to optimize logistics processes • Supporting the creation/ordering of deliveries for OES parts
Development of a recycling alloy for structural die castings
Internship in Quality assurance for exterior purchased parts • Support in the corrective action process in order to ensure series production for exterior components • Participation in daily audit discussions • Implementation of various projects on quality and optimization topics • Analysis and objectification of drive acoustics in e-machines as part of an internship project
• Support and coordination of the implementation of improvement activities with regard to production/logistics processes • Preparation and support for the introduction of digitalized logistics (storage and retrieval according to the FIFO principle) • Supporting production engineering in workplace design, layout planning and production adjustments • Creation of standardized working documents • Support with audits and their preparation
