I work at the intersection of ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐๐, ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ, and ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ -๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฆ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ. As CFO of the Werner-von-Siemens Centre for Industry and Science e.V., I am responsible for the financial steering and structural development of an international research and innovation center. My focus is on building robust financial, governance, and fundraising structures that sustainably connect science, business, and society. Previously, I spent more than twelve years at Siemens in a variety of commercial and technical leadership roles โ ranging from controlling and profit-center responsibility to deputy engineering management. This experience has shaped my understanding of organizations, decision-making dynamics, and long-term value creation. In parallel, I founded together with my wife ๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ง๐๐ซ, where I support organizations and leaders in strategic, financial, and structural questions โ particularly in complex growth and transformation phases. My work is guided by clarity, substance, and responsible decision-making, rather than short-term optimization. In addition, I work as a systemically trained organizational consultant and leadership coach. Certified for the persologยฎ personality model and leadership assessments (VAL 361ยฐ) with the Xpand Partner Stiftung. In this context, I accompany entrepreneurs and leaders in questions of leadership, organization, and personal development. The approach is values-based, reflective, and oriented toward a long-term perspective. ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฑ๐ญ Alongside my professional work, there is a dimension that strongly shapes me on a personal level and is deliberately not part of my professional offering: my faith. As co-host of the Christian podcast Salz & Segen, my wife and I speak with people about faith journeys, calling, and personal life paths. The podcast is a personal project โ not a business format โ and provides space for honest conversations about meaning, trust, and orientation. This personal background forms the values foundation from which I understand responsibility โ both professionally and personally. ๐ If you are interested in an exchange on strategy, finance, or responsible organizational development, I am happy to connect.
