The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands
During my involvement in the "Haags Onderwijs Anders" project, an initiative aimed at promoting educational equity for students in The Hague, I analyzed and interpreted research data to support innovative educational strategies. My role included conducting data analysis, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance equal opportunities for students from vulnerable groups.
The Hague schools are dedicated to fostering equal opportunities through educational restructuring, with a focus on enhancing the skills of teacher assistants and teachers. I contributed to this initiative by creating a guideline and workshop for teacher new to the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP) at Startpunt International.
During my time at Zara Home, I worked as a sales assistant and took on additional responsibilities as an assistant manager during the COVID-19 pandemic. I supported daily operations by assisting customers remotely, managing inventory, and coordinating team efforts to ensure smooth store functioning and customer service.
During my studies, I worked at the Interfacultair Centrum voor Lerarenopleiding, Onderwijsontwikkeling en Nascholing (ICLON). As a student assistant, I supported research by collecting and analyzing data, conducting literature reviews, and assisting in the preparation of research reports and scientific articles.
