As Head of Operations at a coffee production company, I oversee the operational management and continuous improvement of our entire value chain, from production and quality assurance to administration. A key focus of my role is the implementation and optimization of SAP, both in production (PP/MM) and across all administrative areas. I work to streamline processes, increase transparency, and ensure our system fully supports efficient workflows. In parallel, I lead the administrative department, developing structures, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. I combine operational expertise, analytical thinking, and a strong quality mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented leadership style. My goal is to build a lean, efficient organization that grows sustainably while maintaining the highest product quality.
At LKW WALTER, I managed international FTL transports all over Europe with full P&L responsibility. My role included strategic pricing, partner network development, KPI-based performance steering, and key account management. I actively supported tenders and represented the company at customer visits and trade fairs. Result: Growth of customer base, stable revenue in a volatile market, and improved margins through targeted pricing.
During my internship at a management and economic research institute, I supported consulting and research projects focusing on business development and market entry strategies in China.
