• Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA) in a timely manner and follow up on overdue accounts via email and phone calls to ensure prompt collections. • Generate and analyze A/R aging reports and overdue customer lists for management review to support monitoring of outstanding receivables. • Monitor past-due balances and support collection activities to maintain overdue and aging percentages within company targets. • Collaborate closely with Customer Operations, Sales teams, and management to resolve payment issues and escalate non-payment cases according to internal collection strategies. • Maintain and update customer credit profiles, payment records, and collections data using Salesforce GetPaid, Oracle, and SAP, while working closely with the Credit Team to analyse customer payment behaviour and support credit risk decisions such as potential account holds.
