As an intern in the Spare Parts Team at SKAN AG, I gained hands-on experience in after-sales operations and supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry. My main responsibilities included: • Supporting the order processing and preparation of quotations for spare parts. • Handling customer requests and ensuring accurate follow-up in SAP ERP. • Collaborating with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries. • Contributing to the improvement of process efficiency and customer satisfaction. This internship allowed me to develop strong skills in ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Outlook, while building knowledge of supply chain, after-sales service, and customer support in an international environment.
