I represent the company in external relations, as well as I am responsible for organising financing and the company’s accounting and reliable organisation of the finances.
After having led the company as CEO for its first 7 years, from founding to its first issuance of bonds through the mother company, now, as the Chairman of the Management Committee, I'm heading the board, providing leadership to the company's executives and other employees, and I am leading the strategy on a big-picture, and tanke overall care to setting the right tone for the corporate culture of the company.

Design, Engineering, Financing, Construction, Operation of Nimr Water Treatment Plant, the largest artificially constructed wetland in the world for Petroleum Development Oman’s treatment of produced (contaminated) waste water. Disi to Amman Water Conveyance System/ 64 deep groundwater wells incl. a 325 km pipeline to convey 100 mio. Cqm of water to Jordan’s capital city. Leading a up to 680 staff organisation, with various entities to manage the turn around and later, the growth of the organisation as CEO.
