Relocated to the Paris office in June 2025. My role was to supervise, support and follow up the various Cov.help projects in Wallonia. The follow-up was based on a weekly tracking which was discussed with the consulting teams and with the executive board of Cov.help. Beyond the supervision, the objective was to collect feedback and potential needs of the teams to ensure their personal development and to continuously improve our offer.
Cov.help is a student association that aims to help small local businesses impacted to varying degrees by the coronavirus crisis. We are joining forces to help these businesses generate revenue during this down period. And this, in order to maintain a sustainable financial situation. Cov.help has two main objectives: To provide free advice to small and medium-sized companies according to our various academic backgrounds and levels of expertise. In addition, we share and summarize a collection of practices to follow. We then help you implement these practices on a case-by-case basis. As a project leader consultant, my role was to ensure the smooth running of the team and to manage deadlines and objectives. With the Cov.help teams I had the chance to work on two projects: - The development of a communication plan, advice on SEO and redefinition of the offer to compensate for the 30% drop in attendance at a local beauty salon. - A market study and a competitive analysis for the launch of a local retail platform.
