• Support Plant Supply Chain operations by monitoring the healthiness of the plant Purchase Order portfolio and lead the weekly and monthly reporting process • Animate the cold loop process with the top offending suppliers to improve the service • Animate the component stock parameters review (safety stock, lead time, order quantity) • Analyze the stock and Unhealthy Stock performance. Initiate and lead actions with the suppliers to improve the supply parameters • Manage the monthly suppliers forecast process and the corresponding steps: analysis, transmission, acknowledgment, accuracy monitoring & improvement • Lead the required training on supply chain planning processes & tools to improve the level of competency of the plant supply chain teams • Contribute actively and lead plant supply chain actions on transfer, new product introduction and tool deployment towards suppliers
- Screws and bolts project (rationalization of suppliers, implementation a simplified process guaranteeing 100% availability) - Rationalization of suppliers (reduction in the number of suppliers with low spend) - Supplier directory (list all supplier contacts in a single central tool) - Optiflow (implementation of optimized flows with our suppliers keys, logistics contracts) - Carbon footprint (project to analyze the transport carbon footprint of all our flows, and implement actions plan to reduce it) - Setting up a logistics platform to simplify logistics flows
