I am an industrial engineer - qualified and certified in Lean Management and Production Systems. •The reference to new knowledge from a personal attitude is only possible if people are able to question themselves. •Being able to change intrinsically with the approach of the holistic production system.
Factory Development: - Implementation of the lean and problem-solving philosophy in manufacturing as part of the corporate culture - Training of employees at all hierarchical levels in the lean culture as well as in the application of lean methods - Leader and member of plant projects - Planning, organization and moderation of lean workshops - Execution of value stream mapping and development of value stream designs for new and existing processes - Initiation and management of optimization projects up to implementation in cooperative and close collaboration with all process relevant departments - Definition of indicators and design of the reporting system
LEAN site coaching: - Application of project-related LEAN methods and tools as well as further and new development of tools - Active design and support of the LEAN change process: Development of a LEAN production training with the contents shopfloormanagement, transparency, 5S, flexibility, value stream management, Total productive maintenance, SMED - Collaboration in the design of the comprehensive digitalization process - Project management and customer support nationally and internationally and enabling of operational units in the planning and execution phase
Projects, Strategies and PPS (Palfinger Production Systems): - Leader and member in projects for process improvement and/or savings - Sustainable creation of a culture of continuous improvement parallel to the connection of people, data and processes - Enabling the local organisation with regard to the PPS mentality (e.g. basic training, workshops) and ensuring sustainability through evaluations - Monitoring of the PPS activities - Supervision of the bachelor students
Project abroad In Cherven Bryag (Bulgaria) the task was to implement cyclic and stable material supply of the next orders to each of the valiue streams. This included customer specific production kits as well as consumption-based supply of C-parts. Results: - Reduction of stock in production areas - simple information flow, low control effort: self controlled - increase of safety: clear route of logistic supply, clear material supply, one-way traffic - Operators can focus on the work itself
Masterthesis: Concept and implementation of activities to reduce the set-up time in the precision machining
Bachelorthesis: Evaluation and implementation of an electronic tool for the automatization of a preferential origin calculation
