I have dedicated over two decades of my career to ST Microelectronics, starting as a machine operator in 2001 and steadily progressing through various roles. My journey began with mastering operational tasks, leading me to excel as a shift leader for a decade. Building on this experience, I transitioned to the role of shift supervisor, where I honed my leadership skills for five years. My career then took a strategic turn as I delved into line control operations, focusing on enhancing line saturation and optimizing output. This role allowed me to deepen my understanding of operational efficiency and process improvement. In January 2025, I embraced a new challenge by transitioning into an HR generalist role. This shift marked a pivotal moment in my career, where I could leverage my operational background to contribute to the human resources function. I am passionate about continuous growth and development, and I look forward to leveraging my diverse experience to drive impactful change and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
