Lofelt is a deeptech haptics startup supported by world class investors | Acquired by Meta. As CFO, I was responsible for all finance, investor relations, legal and HR topics of the business. Also managed the business development team for 2 years. During my tenure, we successfully secured equity and debt funding from world class investors despite challenging market times. We pivoted the business from a hardware focus to a software (SaaS) focus and ultimately sold the company to Meta who share our vision of making HD haptics ubiquitous.
MBB SE is a listed family office that invests into German Mittelstand companies. AS a VP Corporate Finance, I oversaw the accounting & controlling function of the holding entity and helped the company grow organically and through acquisitions. I worked on multiple M&A deals, including the acquisition of a target with >70m EUR revenue as well as the successful IPO of subsidiary Aumann AG (IFRS conversion, consolidation, business plan development, analyst presentation, etc) at a market valuation of >0.5bn EUR. Supported in further capital measures on the holding and subsidary level; implemented new processes and tools in the group.
Transaction manager advising financial (PE/VC) and corporate clients on financial and strategic matters in complex transactions. Worked on numerous buy-side and sell-side projects for clients in Germany, Europe and the US helping them with transaction diligence, strategy, business plan development, financial modeling, valuation, transaction integration and IPO support.
