The Factory and Structure Planning department is responsible for the effective and efficient planning of factory infrastructure and buildings in new projects for the Volkswagen brand to enabling optimal automobile production. To implement these planning tasks, my team implements control topics within this department and operationalizes digital planning processes using BIM (Building Information Modeling).
