Driving the Next Chapter of Global Aviation. I am an executive leader with a deep commitment to the aerospace sector, currently returning to the Airbus family. I officially started as Chief Executive Officer Commercial Aircraft on January 1st 2026. My prior experience includes serving as CEO at MTU Aero Engines AG (until August 2025), a role which gave me immense pride in the team's achievements in commercial and military engine technology. My focus is now on applying this comprehensive experience to lead the strategy and operations of Airbus' Commercial Aircraft business, today and into the future.
