As Managing Director & Chief Product Officer at Francora, I am responsible for shaping the brand’s strategic direction and product vision. Together with my co-founder, I oversee every step – from concept and design to formulation, production, and customer experience. My focus lies on creating timeless fragrance concepts that combine craftsmanship, minimalism, and emotional depth. At the same time, I build sustainable structures and processes to ensure that Francora grows with intention – slowly, steadily, and with purpose. Our mission: to create a luxury brand that stands for calm, clarity, and mindful living.

IT Security & Compliance • Develop and enforce IT governance policies, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and disaster recovery plans. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate IT-related risks. Service Delivery & Helpdesk • Lead the Helpdesk team to enhance support quality and promote a service-oriented IT department. Automation & Monitoring • Manage automation projects using Terraform and Ansible to optimize processes and increase efficiency. • Oversee monitoring systems to maintain robust IT operations. Project & Strategy Development • Develop long-term IT strategies and lead projects that align with business objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IT initiatives maximize business value. Vendor & Partner Management • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions.
