Katherine is the iShares Product Strategist covering the Sustainable and Transition product segment within the US iShares business. In this role, she is a subject matter expert, supporting clients and sales teams to advance the commercialization and adoption of iShares Sustainable and Transition ETFs. In 2023, Katherine graduated from Cornell University’s College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Atmospheric Science and a concentration in Climate Engineering. She also completed minors in Climate Change and Public Policy. Outside of the classroom, Katherine was a valued member of the Women’s Varsity Polo Team and was inducted into the Student-Athlete 400 Club her last 3 years at Cornell.

• Oversaw 20 TA's and 200+ students during a full semester project - focused on conducting a comparative analysis of a sustainability issue per students' choice • Helped students understand how to conduct Environmental LCA's, Social LCA's, and Economic LCA's, while incorporating the 17 SD Goals posted by the U.N. • Ran bi-weekly meetings for course overview, grading information, and organizational tasks to be managed by TA's • Assisted professor via organizing lessons, answering student inquiries, and overseeing grades before final submission to grade book
